What does the tuition fee include for regular semester?

-   For Tiny Seeds and younger classes, tuition fee includes teaching materials, art and craft and a Mandarin CD as a gift from us to you. For all classes, students have access to our Library. You may borrow one book per week.

 

Do you have any discount for additional family members?

-  A) If your family is taking more than one course with us and the courses have the same tuition fees. Take 10% off from each additional course.

 

   B) If your family is taking more than one course with us with different tuition fees. Take 10% off from the lesser value course.

 

 Discount can not be combined. Discount does not apply to text books fee.

 

Do you have any referral discount?

-  Yes. If you refer another family you and your friends both receive 5% discount. Discount does not apply to text books fee.

 

The class that I am interested in only offer 1 class/week, I would like to attend more classes.

I’d like to bring my little baby with me, is it alright?

-   Yes. You may bring infant siblings (9 months and younger) with his or her older registered sibling. Restricted to Little Ting Tong and Tiny Seeds classes only. No charge.

 

What is your make-up policy?

-   Space permitting. No problem, however please check with the school before stopping by. Please call 347-267-0100.

 

Do you offer drop-in class?

-   Yes. We have drop-in class; however it depends upon availability. Drop in class fee is $25/class. However, you will not receive the learning material package.

 

Do you offer drop in class and what is the fee?

-   $25/class sorry no take home material. Please call a day in advance to check for availability.

 

Do you have trial class?

 -   We will announce it on our Home & News page.

 

What is your refund policy?

-   We will refund your tuition fee anytime before the first day of class, minus $25. If you decide not to continue the classes after the 1st or 2nd class, we will refund you the tuition fee minus $25 and the classes already taken. Refund does not include text books that you have already paid.

 

What if I would like to start the class after the semester has already begun?

-   Space permitting. You are welcome to join us after our program has started. We will prorate you tuition fee.

What is your bounce check policy?
